What we collect

RapidX collects the information needed to operate the marketplace: your name, contact details, profile information, service requests, quotes, transaction records, ratings, and verification information.

Location

RapidX is a local marketplace. We use your location to show relevant nearby requests and Helpers, and to support arrival verification. Location data is used only for marketplace functionality and is not sold.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners (including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). RapidX does not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers.

What we share

Requester and Helper contact details are shared with the matched counterparty only after a transaction is accepted, and only to the extent needed to complete the transaction.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account at any time. See our account deletion page for details.
