What RapidX is

RapidX is a marketplace facilitator that connects people who need help (Requesters) with people who provide it (Helpers). RapidX is not a service provider and does not perform the services listed on the platform.

Transactions

Each request, quote, acceptance, payment, completion, and rating forms part of a transaction managed by the platform. Once an offer is accepted, the parties are obligated to complete the transaction through RapidX. Paying outside the platform does not satisfy a transaction.

Fees

Applicable platform fees are shown transparently before you commit to a transaction. Fees vary by transaction type and are disclosed in the app prior to payment.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Funds are secured before work begins and released upon confirmed completion.

Conduct

Participants must provide accurate information, complete accepted transactions in good faith, and use the rating and problem-reporting systems honestly.
